poor service

i was waiting for my package yesterday the whole, the package never arrived and no bothered to tell me why the package has not arrived, i keep on phoning the customer service and all i get is the package will be delivered today and again i keep on getting promises that the driver will call me in terms on ETA. i do not know what kind of a service this is where you cannot even give your customers calls or an update.
