Poor service

Courierit collected my order from TFG on the 30 November 2020 and on the 5th Dec they called me in the morning to find if am i gonna be at work on the day ,i said yes and their delivery guy called me stating he is at the Eastgate mall while i gave them the correct address,and after that they never communicated with me and they keep on asking their waybill number to track my order which i do not have ....i want my parcel delivered to me immediately
