Poor Service!!!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service I have received from Courierit. Since Thursday, 28 November 2024, I have been receiving messages stating that Donald Makola is en route with my parcel. However, at the end of each day, I receive an update claiming he was unable to contact me—this despite not receiving a single call or message from him. This false reporting is unacceptable and reflects poorly on company's integrity.

When I attempted to address this issue by contacting their customer service, my calls were disconnected four times. After considerable frustration, I was finally assisted and assured that my order would be delivered before the close of business on 2 December 2024. Yet, as of now, I still have not received my parcel.

This level of service is utterly unacceptable. I have never encountered such inefficiency and dishonesty from a courier service before.
