Poor service

Bought stuff at Switch beauty on the 17th and the courier company received it on 18th, of which was a Saturday, thus making it that I should receive my parcel latest Wednesday. But nothing, I tracked the parcel and had no joy as , it would show that it was in transit but never delivered. Kept on changing dates , last date was the 28th December of which I didn’t receive the parcel again without any explanation or reason from company. Phone calls were made, even to the Cape Town hoping will get some assistance but the problem was in Durban branch. Yesterday called and spoke to Yiddish/Rudesh and promised to get back to me before 17:00 but nothing. Gave me reason that probably the area am in was not serviced everyday. Please help
