Poor service

If you want poor service and lack of accountability look no further than courier it (PTY) Ltd company. This company has a pathetic service to say the least. My PA was told by Wesley - an employee that I need to pick up my parcel from Telkom as they were not sure if it was going to be delivered today. This is despite sms confirming delivery will be done today. I'm desperate need of the parcel so I rushed to their depot after my calls went unanswered. On arrival I was told the driver had left with the parcel and is delivering other parcels elsewhere. I asked speak to the manager - Sandile, who said the matter was between my PA and his employee - Wesley as such he cannot intervene, but to ask me to phone the driver. Wesley himself was unavailable.

This company offers poor or lack of service, no accountability of its employees and respect of its client's time.
