Poor service

It is the worst ever,I wish my network provider didn't use them to courier my new cellphone. They first started by saying they delivered the parcel to my work place a week before and they could get hold of me,then i called they said they will deliver on monday the following week,still nothing was delivered,and today they said their driver will get to my workplace at 15:00 and I even knocked off and is nothing. When I call they keep on making up stories.

I am honestly unhappy about the witbank courierit services.
