Poor service

My sister ordered a telkom SIM card for me online 2 weeks ago... Unfortunately when I called to track her order they told me the truck was hijacked so I don't have to worry about anything they will be ones communicating with telkom... And then they said I'll get the simcard on the 3rd after the truck was hijacked... So it's close to 4 weeks now waiting for the SIM when I track the parcel the courierit service says "they were unable to deliver" a parcel which was supposed to be delivered last week Wednesday... My sister is Hlokomelo Nkabinde she's been tracking the SIM since day one even now we haven't received any parcel... Their service is very bad I don't wanna lie and they don't even communicate with their clients to let them know what is happening with their parcels... You should be the one calling to to find out when is the parcel arriving cause the date of the parcel to arrive has already passed.
