Poor service

So i have a parcel booked though Courierit SA on friday from Milnerton to Schaapkraal. Today is Monday and still not delivered. When i called i get a “we will deliver tomorro. We found your parcel now but cant deliver today. You know its festive so things are messy” So why did i pay for courier? I couldve fetch it myself or use another company. They quick to take your money but when it comes to working then they become lazy. Pathetic service from courier it. Last time i use them
