Poor Service

I bought cutlery from Groupon and it was delivered on the 7th of July 2015. However, I was not happy with the goods and so I completed the returns form on the same day in the evening. The following day I received an email to confirm the time of collection. I did that and I received a waybill with a reference numbers 866B1802DAR and 1EA6260F2CR. <br> <br> Groupon returns policy stipulates that goods must be returned within 7 days after the date of delivery. Courieriit sent someone who apparently passed my place because the address I provided says Tshiawelo and yet on this waybill, if you put in the postal code, the postal address is auto generated and I could not change it.<br> <br> I called the number they used to locate the address I logged for collection and I spoke to a lady whom when I inquired why the goods were not collected she said the driver was out of the area and will collect them on Monday which is today. I even asked her to change the house number because the will be no one available in the house number I provided. She confirmed those changes were effected.<br> <br> Today, now at 15h34, they have not come to collect and I am not notified of the reason thereof.
