Poor service

I understand that a lot of companies are struggling at this time but to let your service and communication drop is not acceptable. I am waiting for a data card that was collected on 01 April which is still not delivered to me in Queenstown. It was sent but they say could not contact the receiver but if you look at the time it was 18:47 and sender distinctly says delivery address you must be at between 08:00 and 17:00 and no one even tried to call me. To date I did contact the office in East London but still no delivery and nobody has contacted me to explain the delay or delivery arrangement
