Poor poor service with no accountability

Poor service delivery, I missed two days from work waiting for my parcel. And still nothing, when I checked on the delivery tracker noticed that they said it was delayed. Called them this morning but still waiting no solution. This is not a service that can be used by any company. Because it will cause companies to loose business because of poor delivery contract.
