POOR POOR SERVICE !!!

So I took a phone with Telkom and these guys are suppose to be deliver however I am getting defferent stories from them everyday. I keep calling and promises are made but no luck. I called in on Tuesday I was promised the phone will be delivered on the 23rd of May which I didn't get, so I called in yesterday I spoke to Thusi who promised me that she will make an after hour delivery but I still don't have my phone. when I call in today I spoke to Felicia to find out about the phone but to my surprise she cant even tell me where the phone is whether its in the premises or out she then referred to her team leader who the decided to hang up on me. I am angry I am shocked at the kind on service we getting as customers...
