Poor poor service

I orderd a phone with Telkom and it handed over to courierit on the 30th of December, they said it will be deliverd on friday the 31st but it was never did. I checked on their website they said waybill returned because no contact person but they did not send any sms or call for that matter.

I called again today the 13th of January they proudly told me that they lost my parcel and they looking for it. Poor service I really dont know how they still running their business for that matter. Telkom please change this company clearly they dont know what they doing.
