Poor Pathetic and incompetant

This is probably the most pathetic company that l have ever made use of. I was sent an sms to state thate my parcel would be deliverd before 5 this afternoon. I put all my plans for the day on hold. At 4.30 l phoned the Middelburg branch only to be told that they could not help me as they recieve more tha 1500 parcels a day. Now they make their problem my problem. Why do they take the work if their work load is already to much. Then on top of it all they are rude to you on the phone and have no telephone etiquet. Just say they cant help you and that is that. Now l have to put my life on hold untill they decide when they are going to deliver my parcel. How do they do business. The problem is, is that after 3 days they send your pacel back with a note saying client unavailable and then they didn't even phone you to find out if you are home or not. Useless PATHETIC that what they are a complete wast of time. Because of their lack of interest l now have to pay courier fees again.
