Poor / dismal service

Courierit were contracted by WebAfrica to deliver my Router. After getting the delivery address wrong, this wasted a week, they have still failed to make the delivery. They now promise Monday next week, that will be two full weeks. I even offered to collect it from their office. They said they would call me back but that hasn't happened!!
