Poor delivery service

Yesterday (24.09.06), my Takelot.com order was supposed to be delivered before 17h00. Because I didn't want to miss the delivery, I stayed at home and waited. My order was never delivered. I don't know why Takealot.com, who have their own delivery services, trusted a third party to do their job. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to me. I have things to do, which require me to leave my house in order to have them done. I tried raising an issue with Takealot.com yesterday, but I was told that they are waiting for feedback from CourierIT to find out why my order was not delivered. I have no idea why I trusted Takelot.com again and placed an order, as the past is now repeating itself. No feedback from them still.

I have no idea why Takealot.com still entrusts Courier IT to handle their deliveries. I have been failed twice by both Takelot.com and Courier IT. Just last month, the same thing happened. The driver(s) **** and said they tried multiple times to deliver my parcel nut I wasn't available at home. Total lie. No communication made whatsoever.
