My wife bought an item from Red Square online and red Square used Courier IT to deliver the parcel..<br> <br> When calling their customer service line, you wait for eternity before sumone answers.<br> the poor \receptionist"lady (Brenda) kept on getting the call back to her desk and she asks if she should put the call through again or take a message...<br> <br> I believe personally for a massive brand called Courier IT"
