POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very poor service and rude delivery guy. First attempt of delivery wasn't arranged with me. Just received a message that my order is put for delivery and os excepted to be delivered by the 20th December. I received a message n Saturday the 14th. On the afternoon the same day the delivery guy phones asking for my location. I send the location he tells me he can't find it then he will deliver another day. On Tuesday the 17th i phone him to find out if he still has my package and will he be able to deliver it. He tells me to send my location to which i did the nxt thing he sends me a WhatsApp message telling me he can't find my location. The level of attitude i got from that guy. He is so unprofessional and doesn't know how to speak to people. His name is Clifford., he was rude and disrespectful. I had to walk to the main road because he couldn't find my address the location i send he couldn't find it. I hope next time i make a package on Takealot my order is never delivered by courier Courier IT especially the Clifford guy to be precisely.
