Poor customer care

They are one he'll of a worst courier company since from Thursday, they are sending me text in the morning saying my parcel will be delivered and nothing, even now my parcel hasn't been delivered.

Their driver David Makola doesn't even call and update me at all and I wrote an email to complain they responded by saying "Sorry we apologize for the delay your parcel is on the way" , Which was today and when I knocked off the was no parcel delivered.

I hope all this big clients using this company to deliver our parcels they cancel their contract and use other reliable companies.
