Poor customee service

I wish that I was writing a letter of thank you instead of this complaint that I have for your company. I have been waiting for delivery of my parcel of over a week and have lost all desire to deal with your company. Did not think that in this age of Google maps, GPS systems and cellphones it would be so hard to locate a customer and deliver their parcel. Experience with your consultants (Tebogo, Mohammed and Nicolene) has left a bad taste in my mouth. Please cancel the delivery of the parcel with waybill number ***. Have no desire to have any interaction with your company.
