Poor Courier Service

I waited the whole day for my parcel on Sunday and and it was never delivered.Then I requested the parcel to be delivered the next and never arrived.I requested again to be delivered on Tuesday,when I tract I saw a message saying the courier was hijacked case number to follow Just like that after waiting for two weeks for my parcel to be delivered.No communication from them or the Service provider ever since.
