Poor communication and lies

I was suppose to recieve a parcel from Courierit yesterday, I was told that when they arrive they will only leave the parcel with me no one else so i shouldn't go anywhere and i did just that i waited the whole day called them 3 time and they told me that the parcel is on it's way they will deliver before 5pm only at 6:30 when i tracked my parcel they have added a comment that i was unreachable they tried to call me which is a total lie. I called them 1st thing in the morning and they told me that my parcel is not schedule for delivery today. I'm very angry and dissapointed with their lies i need to be out of the contry tomorrow at 3pm but i'm not even sure if i'll have my things by then.
