Please can I have my parcel. I'll even fetch it, just please deliver it

Please can I get my parcel. This is the third working day I've spent at home waiting for my parcel. I'm at my wits end. Who is supposed to pay for the all the days off work I have taken staying home trying to receive a parcel. I finally made a special arrangement for it to be delivered today at 1300 and at 1700 after many attempts of trying to get hold of them I get a phone call saying the driver is all the way on the other side of town can I be home another day. Courier It I just want my parcel please. I even offered to go pick it up myself and I was told thats not company. I'm even willing to meet the driver on his route but I get told you don't give out drivers numbers. I just want my parcel please
