Persistent Delivery Issues with Courierit - Urgent Resolution Needed

I am writing to express my frustration with the service I have received from Courierit. I have been sending stock to Takealot through Courierit for a few years now, and I have always been successful with deliveries to the Cape Town and Johannesburg hubs. However, since the Durban branch of Takealot opened, I have only had one successful delivery to the hub. On (02/24/25 to be delivered on 03/03/2025), I sent a parcel containing stock to the Takealot warehouse in Durban. Unfortunately, Takealot has informed me that the booking for this Purchase Order (PO) was not yet delivered. They stated: "Please note the booking for this PO was not yet delivered. Please follow-up with your couriers and provide feedback as it reflects as checked in but not received. This could also mean the PO was rejected at the door. If this PO was delivered, please forward me a signed and stamped Proof of Delivery (POD), so that we can follow up and ask the warehouse to investigate. Please note, that If no reply nor POD sent within one business day the Shipment ID/PO will be cancelled." Despite my successful track record with other Takealot hubs, the very same parcel (shipped on 11/02/25 that was supposed to be delivered on 18/02/25) that has been rejected or not delivered on time according to Takealot is being shipped back to me. This means I will probably have to pay for another shipment to Takealot through Courierit, which is unacceptable. I have called both Courierit and Takealot, but I have not received any answers or resolution. This lack of communication and failure to deliver on time is impacting my business negatively, as there is a risk of my Purchase Order being cancelled if no reply or POD is provided within one business day. I request an urgent investigation into this matter and a resolution to ensure that my parcels are delivered on time and that I receive timely notifications in the future. I also expect compensation for any losses incurred due to this issue. The only reason for using CourierIT is because they are a prefered courier for Takealot
