Pay for 2 parcels but only receive one.

I always found some issues with this company but being on the receiving end of their incompetence but today was the latest in a long line if issues that I have had as I had ordered 2 parcels from Raru . co.za and had been notified that there would be 2 parcels in the delivery but when the driver came he only had one parcel. I refused to accept the delivery as it was not complete.

I'm sure that the people running this company would not like to pay for 2 parcels but only receive either half of them but not me. If I order something it beter come complete, even if they are the ones handling the delivery.
