PATHETIC /UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE EVER

Worst service ever send a document from East London to Port Elizabeth for overnight delivery the following morning at 1030am, to my surprise received a call that my document was mistakenly taken to Pretoria, can i say this company is run by drunkards or uneducated unprofessional people who cannot read the difference between Port Elizabeth and Pretoria? So disappointed with how this company operates.
