Pathetic staff , empty promises

I paid for an Express delivery, to be delivered today as we leave for a holiday tomorrow morning first thing. Apparently my parcel was given to the incorrect driver, resulting in my package being rescheduled to tomorrow. No one called to let me know this. When I called, no one answered the phone , 5 times in the space of 4 hours. When I finally got hold of someone. They promised to have someone call me back. And guess what? No one has.

Absolutely pathetic service , I cannot believe big partners such as Zando in trust their customers with you. Be reassured I will be contacting them as well.
