Pathetic Service with no business Ethics

I received a notification on 18/7/2019 that my parcel will be delivered within 1-2 days. the daily sms's there-after stating that the parcel will be delivered bet 8-5 pm..still still has not happened..i eventually called their number after being pushed form pillar to post, they said it will be delivered the next day...still nothing has arrived. this company doesnt call the client back at all..on thier system it shows that they tried to make contact to me 3 times and it was unsuccessful...bunch of lairs...
