Pathetic service to say the least.

I have had the worst experience ever with this company and I don't know why companies continue to use it. I waited for my parcel for quite some time. It was updated on my way ill as address problem and no one ever contacted me. After trying to call them and not succeding because the don't pick up their phones they then called me after three days they promised that they will deliver my parcel on the following day, I waited and waited for them and they never came. Then three days later after this I went to collect it myself, they looked for it for an hour then they told me that it is missing. They will have to write back to the company to send me another parcel again.
