Pathetic service on delivery of a phone

Honestly the service you are offering is pathetic, reason being is my phone was ment to be delivered last Friday the 29th of October and the vehicle got hijacked and than very suspicious the phone was handed over to you guys again yesterday and now mysterious today the 5th of November the vehicle got hijacked again this is honestly not on.... I dont know what you are going to do but this is pathetic I expect to get a response cause this is unacceptable. A plan needs to get made cause the first time I can understand but happening a second time to the same address and same phone is honestly unacceptable and pathetic.....
