Pathetic service from delivery boy

I took out a cellphone contract which was supposed to be delivered today! Your very arrogant delivery boy was told by the receptionist to go to my class to give me phone, he was rude and told the receptionist straight that he won't do that! I ****n ****ed at such pathetic service worse from a delivery guy! I never wish to be associated to this company going forward! Your delivery boy was extremely rude and arrogant and didn't deliver my phone, I therefore cancel my contract completely I want nothing do with such ****py service! You may keep that phone since you clearly feel entitled to it.
