Pathetic service from Courierit

This courier have a pathetic service. I received a message that my parcel was out for delivery last week Wednesday. They missed the delivery that day and Thursday and Friday. 3 times missing the delivery and rescheduling for the following day. And the funny thing is that when I called the call centre twice (first time I spoke to Deon and the 2nd time to Natasha) they both couldn't get hold of their drivers???!!!!! Not sure if they know what they are doing
