Pathetic service from CourierIT

I ordered a package from Zaanatropics and my package was supposed to have been delivered on Thursday. I am quite annoyed because I have been waiting for my order for the last three days.

I tracked my status on Thursday and it said “attempt failed”. The courier company did not contact me. I have been at home this whole week. I am working from home. Yesterday I saw online that my parcel had been actioned at 11:53. At 15:40 I called the courier company to find out where my parcel was as it was actioned at 11:53 I also asked her if i would be able to give the driver a package as i need it to be sent to East London. She said she would call the driver to find out where he is and if i would be able to ship off my parcel yesterday. It did not need to be shipped off yesterday it could have been shipped off today but i needed the item to be sent to my mom. I did not receive any call back. Today I see that they put the same update “attempt failed”. Well how can it be failed if no one even contacted me or tried to deliver my parcel. Today I tried callig the company and i am not able to get through. Really pathetic and shocking service. Regards
