PATHETIC SERVICE FROM COURIERIT

Cell c arranged to have my me cell phone delivered I informed them that i ould not be there but they assurred me that as long as my id was there, the courier company would hand over the handset On the 7 May Courier it arrived at my office and would not hand over the handset on presentation of my original id They were then given my farm adress and contact details again and they confirmed delivery to the farm adress They were told to contact me first before comeing to the farm
GUESS WHAT NO RESPONCE I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN AND HAVE IT IN WRITING THAT THE HANSET WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY
i AM NOT IMPRESSED
