Pathetic service from CourierIT
Pathetic Service from CourierIT. Delivery supposed to happen on Monday, 18 May. They advise they will be here between 12 and 1pm - no one came.
Then, delivery supposed to happen on Tuesday, 19 May. When phoning them, they said they will let me know what time to expect the delivery. NO ONE phoned back.
Again, I phoned, lady said driver will phone me back - needless to say, i'm still waiting.
Absolutely PATHETIC!!!!!

They keep promising a phone call or feedback, yet i still have to follow up all the time!
