Pathetic service from COURIERIT

CourierIt has had my parcel from Adidas since the 3rd of December. Everyday since then I get messages from them that my parcel is out for delivery but it never arrives. I eventually started calling them to track it myself, I have not won to date! Firstly I hold for 15-20 mins while trying to speak to a consultant who will just apologize and tell me my parcel is out for delivery. On Friday I called, “sir your parcel will be delivered before 12”, it never came. Yestwrday the 9th I called again, they even called me back, “I have called the driver sir, your parcel will be delivered between 16:45-17:00”, it never came! The funny thing is I never even get I missed call from them. I can confidently say, no one has tried to call me to deliver a parcel here. I am beyond disgruntled as it also costs me money to call them (minutes), their agents are as useless!
