Pathetic service from Courier IT

How difficult can it get to make a delivery???, I was supposed to have received delivery of my parcel on the 11 November 2024, next day I called my address was captured wrongly which I updated with the consultant, 2 days later no delivery and when I called again I’m being told they won’t deliver in Atteridgeville today because it’s a high risk area!!I then told the agent that my address is not in Atteridgeville and as I was giving her my address she hangs up, tried phoning again about 4 times only to listen to their recorded voice machine. On the last attempt, the other agent struggled to trace the waybill number because her system was slow and suddenly kicked her out, she then asked to give me a callback and it’s been 2 hours no call has been received. This is pathetic service
