pathetic service from courier it

i had called courier it on Monday morning before 9am, spoke to an agent whom advised my package is on route to me and the driver will contact me when they are here. i called again at 01:30pm the same day and spoke to an agent, asked where is the driver and had been advised he is on route and will call me when he is here. i called after 04pm that same say and the next agent i spoke to advised, the driver could not find my address and could not call me as there was no contact details on the system ! This was an absolute shock as i called the whole day and no one advised that there was no contact details as i was told the driver would call me! Pathetic service by the courier team. to make things worst i spoke to the supervisor Asaph Ngodi on *** on the monday who said, " i will give you a call at 08am as i get into work that time and will ask the driver to come between 08am and 09am as after 09am i needed to had back to work. The monday i stayed at home the whole day waiting for my package which did not arrive. i had asked Asaf for my package to be delivered at work as i would not be at home. He said no he cannot assist me, so much for TCF. i would not recommend Courier it to any one and having to deal with a supervisor called Asaph as he is not going to help you.
