Pathetic service from Courier It

I've been waiting for a delivery from this company for the past two days. I've contacted Courier it since Friday 9 November 2018 with regard to my delivery and to date I still don't have the parcel. I requested to talk to a manager or supervisor but that also fell on deaf ears. Then they promised to call me back but it never happened. This is the worst courier company I've ever come across. I've had deliveries made to my address by RAMS, Dawn Wings and they never disappointed me with excuses. Courier It states they cannot deliver as my address is in a "high risk" area. Pathetic service.
