Pathetic service

This company is nonsense. They dont even deserve a full star maybe a half would be better. Mtn gave them my device to deliver and 6days later I still haven’t received it. Am told about a 24hour delay that is not even my problem. Another excuse is that the driver couldn’t find my address which is BS. It’s very clear on GPS. I would t recommend any company to use this courier it’s ******* and ***********. The drivers name is Thabo and hes not even making contact with me to let me know he’s not finding my address. Pathetic service and terrible communication .
