Pathetic service

Pathetic service. Waiting for a parcel that was ordered from Telkom on 31 January. We get a message every morning to say it will be delivered and every evening we get one saying they couldn't deliver. They have all sorts of stories about the driver being delayed. I don't understand why Telkom still uses this *********** crowd.
