Pathetic service - Driver drove over parcel!

Do not use this company EVER! After paying for overnight delivery they delivered my parcel 5 days late! The parcel had been driven over by their drivers and all the contents was completely squashed even though it was extremely well packaged - costing me over R10 000 loss! Their excuse was it happened on the flight to Cape Town! The Station manager and OPS manager in Cape Town were both contacted their response "Sorry for the inconvenience"! DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!!!!
