Pathetic service! Do not use!!!!

Absolutely pathetic company. Parcel out for delivery for 4 days. But no parcel. Twice the delivery exception is that the contact wasn’t available but i was never called. Every day i spend hours on the phone calling the company to be put through from one line to another before the line gets cut. When i do eventually get through i get told the parcel will be given to a same driver driver and delivered urgently and am assured it will be delivered. Ive waited at work later to wait but no parcel. I have started to accept that i will never get my parcel and ive wasted my money. I honestly dont know how this company is still running after all these bad reviews. It seems this company is an absolute ****
