Pathetic service delivery

They send me an sms saying they failed to deliver my parcel that time they never notified me they were delivering on that day. To add on to that they nevet called, sms or email to tell me that they have come to deliver the parcel. I feel like they make extra money by rescheduling deliveries at the expensive of the consumer. Anyway I call their office to clarify the error and make sure we avoid the same mistake again and their office consultants were extremely unhelpful. Pathetic, if it were up to me I would never use this delivery service ever.
