PATHETIC SERVICE

very disapointing, unprofessional, pathetic service been waiting for my parcel for the whole day, they **** to me that the driver will call and never did, only sent me sms saying he is on the way, my transport left me and only recieved a message saying they were unable to deliver.. absolutely frustrated.
