Pathetic service!

CourierIt isn't even worth the one star imo. I am still waiting for my parcels exactly a week after having placed the order. Fyi, I tend to receive them within 2-3 working days whenever I order from Pet Heaven who uses this courier. The tracking log has shown the order arrived in Durban on Saturday morning and it appears to have just been languishing there ever since. No calls, no nothing to clarify addresses. Nada! My order contains dog food and hence the urgency, but CourierIt is still taking their grand old time it seems. I can't say this enough: PLEASE don't use them and I hope e-commerce businesses in SA will follow suit too.
