Pathetic Service

Received an SMS from Takealot and from Courier It confirming that my delivery is on its way and it will be delivered on the 30th November before 17h00. I hired someone to be home and guess what delivery never came, did not receive an sms saying its rescheduled or what. I had to call myself waiting my minutes and money only for the receptionist to tell its been given to a third party they don't delivery in my area. Why take it from takealot if you don't delivery in my area?
