Pathetic service

If I could give this company minus 5 stars that would be the rating! This company has been in possession of a parcel of mine since 02 Dec where it somehow manages to stay. Acting on behalf of Pargo they appear to have lost it. No one at either company gives any feedback and their only reply is they will escalate it not sure to where…..I have been trying for answers for 2 weeks now
