Pathetic service

Courier It lacks planning skills. And because of their lack of planning their customers have to suffer. They have picked up my dog food from Pet Heaven on 27 Nov 2023 at 17:14. They estimated to have it by me before Thursday 30 Nov. 2023. But they didn't. On Saturday 2 Dec. I phoned them three times. Not once was a manger available. They hung up on me twice and laughed about it and couldnt grasp why I started swearing at them the third time I phoned. My dog is on a special diet for his allergies and joint problems. His food is not always available at pet shops or veterinarian. Because of their lack of planning my dog is running out of food.

One does not get good service from Courier It!!!!
