Zero Stars: Unacceptable Experience with Courier IT

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Courier IT. Despite their promise of "on-time delivery," they failed to deliver my parcel not once, but twice.

Missed Deliveries and Lack of Communication

On March 4, 2025, I received a delivery note at 08:36 am, indicating that the driver would arrive between 09:00 am and 18:00 pm. I waited an extra hour at work, but the driver never arrived. The tracking link simply said "Sorry! We were unable to deliver your parcel to you."

No Priority Delivery Despite Previous Failure

The next day, March 5, 2025, I checked the tracking link, expecting my parcel to be prioritized for delivery. However, the status showed that it was still at the depot, and I had to call them multiple times to get updates.

Pathetic Operations Department

Throughout the day, I made numerous calls to Courier IT, and each time, I was told that they would "call me back" with an update. However, no one ever called me back. The operations department seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and their lack of communication was appalling.

Unacceptable Experience

Courier IT's service has been atrocious. They failed to deliver my parcel, failed to communicate with me, and failed to provide any meaningful assistance. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
